I loved mom's smile. She had a tooth that was not quite straight, but it was the most beautiful smile. It was so welcoming and genuine. She had a way of smiling and making everything ok. She was such a happy person. I remember people coming over to the house to cheer her up when she was sick and as they would leave they would tell her how she had actually cheered them up.
One funny thing is that when she would put her lipstick on she would often get it on her front teeth. I would always laugh and tell her she had messed up. She would make a joke out of it and tell me that she had done that on purpose. I loved her laugh. She was such a happy person.
